Fathers and caregivers of preschoolers – Come out for a day of fun, fitness, and celebration.

It’s been proven that when children exercise with their caregivers they are more likely to continue into adulthood and make more healthy choices. This time will be for fathers and caregivers of preschoolers to exercise, read, and make a special craft for the fathers and caregivers.
