Drug manufacturer Novo Nordisk is expanding its Johnston County operations and plans to create 1,000 new jobs. The Clayton facility manufactures in-demand medications including Wegovy and Ozempic, and the minimum average wage for these jobs will be $69,000 in the next 12 years.
