Alabama-based chicken finger restaurant Guthrie’s will open a new location in midtown Raleigh. The eatery will serve chicken fingers + sandwiches, Texas toast, fries, and coleslaw, plus its signature sweet tea. This location will be one of the first in Guthrie’s Carolinas expansion. Also coming soon to the 919, Charlotte’s self-service beer + wine bar Hoppin’ will be coming to Raleigh late 2025. Although no location has been set for the new concept yet, we’re sure it’s going to be, well, hopping. (Axios Raleigh)
