Three new businesses offering fitness classes and food and drink options are coming to Seaboard Station.. 

Club Pilates, TOUS les JOURS and Boatman Spirits Co. are the latest tenants to join Seaboard Station, a mixed-use development with retail, multifamily living and other concepts, a press release from developer Hoffman & Associates announced. 

Along with the new retailers, Seaboard Station will soon offer two residential options, The Miles and The Point, along with a Hyatt House Hotel. 

Club Pilates will open in downtown Raleigh in late 2024, and  TOUS les JOURS coming to Raleigh in 2025, also Boatman Spirits Company plans 2025 opening

Here are some other retailers that are relatively new to the downtown Raleigh district: 

• Biscuit Belly, which specializes in biscuit sandwiches made with chicken, fried green tomatoes and brisket, opened earlier this year. 
• The Yard Milkshake Bar also opened earlier this year. Owned by local food influencers Briana and Roger Kornegay, The Yard serves sweet treats including specialty milkshakes and edible cookie dough.
