This brief survey asks about your business’s performance, financing choices, and credit experiences over the past year.

The data collected is vital for shaping policies and programs that support small businesses like yours. By participating, you’ll help service providers, policymakers, and lenders better understand the challenges small businesses face — especially in terms of accessing credit.
