In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, lane closures and digging within the City of Raleigh’s right-of-way will be restricted. All areas need to be safe for motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians on the following dates: 

• Friday, January 17 at 4 p.m. until Tuesday, January 21 at 9 a.m.

No equipment or material shall be stored or left in the right-of-way. Restrictions apply to all streets within the City’s jurisdiction, including streets maintained by NCDOT. Please communicate this information to all contractors and subcontractors.
