– **Low-Impact Cardio with Amanda:** Join Amanda for a fun and low-impact cardio class that gets your heart pumping. No dance background or equipment is required. In honor of Heart Month, this special themed class will also feature Taylor Swift’s Red album!

– **Bootcamp with Alexis:** Get ready for an energizing full-body workout that improves strength, enhances flexibility, boosts cardiovascular fitness, and builds muscular endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this class offers a challenging and rewarding experience for all fitness levels.

– **WARRIOR Strength™ with Le:** WARRIOR Strength is functional fitness for everyone, regardless of fitness level. It combines HIIT and weight training to deliver playlists that rock and engaging formulas for a total endorphin rush.

Raleigh Parks has partnered with Lidl, Walmart Supercenter, and nutrition experts from the Poe Health Education Center and WakeMed Hospital to bring you these informative and interactive sessions. Learn how to identify heart-healthy items, decode nutrition labels, and plan balanced and budget-friendly meals. These tours will empower you to make smarter choices and transform your grocery trips into steps toward a healthier lifestyle.
