Join The City Of Raleigh for a hot breakfast while learning about Anna Julia Cooper, an advocate for women’s rights, education, and civil rights. Lectures will be presented by Dr. Shirley Moody-Turner, and tickets cost $20 each, with half of the proceeds supporting the Turner Historic House Museum. This program is supported in part by North Carolina Humanities, the state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
