Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season. I want to take a moment to thank you again for your incredible support during our Breakfast with Santa event, whether as an attendee or a donor. Thanks to you, we were able to distribute 300 toys to children in our community—a truly rewarding experience!

I’m reaching out today to share an exciting new opportunity to make a difference. On February 8th, we’re hosting a resource fair here at Tarboro Road to address food insecurity and housing challenges. The goal is to connect individuals in need with vital resources available across the City of Raleigh.

As part of this initiative, we’re seeking donations of specific items to distribute to attendees. Please see the attached flyer for the full list of items and event details.

If you’re able to contribute, we would be so grateful! There’s no pressure if this isn’t feasible for you at the moment. Our donation deadline is February 1st to ensure we have enough time to prepare the take-home packages. A donation box is available at our front desk during our operating hours: Monday–Friday (10am–9pm), Saturday (9am–3pm), and Sunday (1pm–6pm). While we’ve received plenty of socks, we’re still in need of the other items listed on the flyer.

Thank you again for your continued support! I look forward to hearing from you.

Warm regards,
