Dreamville Fest Weekend Kicks Off with Vibes, Wellness & Community: Recap from Day One
Dreamville Fest weekend started off strong with a full slate of events around Raleigh, blending music, wellness, and community in the most authentic Dreamville way. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights:
Compxss Corner with Johnny Venus (John Chavis Memorial Park, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
This morning wellness session, led by EarthGang’s Johnny Venus, was a true reset for the soul. From yoga flows to energizing workouts and intentional self-care practices, it was a sold-out experience that left attendees glowing—both inside and out. If you made it in, you already know: this one was a blessing.

Dreamville Public Access (CAM Raleigh, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.)
CAM Raleigh transformed into a creative hub for Dreamville Public Access. Artists, fans, and aspiring industry professionals came together for a day packed with panels, workshops, and real-talk networking. From breaking into the music scene to creating visual art that speaks, the vibes were all about building and sharing knowledge. No RSVPs, just community.

Gold Mouf Garage Block Party with Lute (South Harrington St., 1 – 8 p.m.)
Lute brought the block party energy to life on South Harrington. Free and open to all, the crowd came out heavy to support the Charlotte native. Bangers, food trucks, and a family-friendly vibe made this one a true highlight. If today was any indication, block party season is officially in full swing.

EarthGang & H.U.M.A.N.S. Giveback (John Chavis Memorial Park, 2 – 5 p.m.)
The love didn’t stop with the music. EarthGang and H.U.M.A.N.S. showed out with a community giveback event focused on wellness, support, and connection. With live music, care item giveaways, and community resources, it was a beautiful reminder that Dreamville stands for more than the stage.
