The City is currently drafting the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan, which will guide how we utilize federal and local funds to support our community. This plan aims to address the living conditions for the unhoused, serve low- and moderate-income residents, and promote access to affordable housing over the next five years.

  • Building affordable apartments for low-income residents 
  • Grants to help the homeless and vulnerable populations
  • Locating affordable housing near transit 
  • Workforce Training Programs
  • Geographic priority areas within the City
  • Updates to Citizen Participation Plan
