Dolly Parton fans can celebrate “9-2-5” at Dolly Day at American Tobacco Campus on Friday, September 25, 2026. The free Durham event features tribute performances, themed activities and food specials supporting the Imagination Library.

Live Music, Games and Dolly-Inspired Style

Heather Rogers and Kym Register + Meltdown Rodeo will perform Dolly covers and other music. The evening also includes Dolly-themed games and prizes for attendees showing their Dolly spirit.

Favorite Dolly-inspired outfits are encouraged, making the celebration an opportunity to dress up and enjoy an outdoor evening in downtown Durham. 

$9.25 Specials Support the Imagination Library

Participating American Tobacco Campus restaurants will offer Dolly-themed food and drinks for $9.25 each throughout the day.

According to Discover Durham, a portion of these sales will support the Durham County Imagination Library, with American Tobacco Campus matching that contribution. Food and drinks are purchased separately from the free event admission.

The concert-series organizer recommends bringing a chair or blanket for the lawn. No registration is required, and the South Parking Deck at American Tobacco Campus is identified as the closest parking option. Check posted parking rates and event notices upon arrival.
