Downtown Raleigh’s September 25–27 weekend lineup brings food festivals, Oktoberfest celebrations, comedy, live music, art and history tours. From the Raleigh Tamale Festival and NC Oktoberfest on Saturday to Sunday’s Carolina Culture Food Festival, there are plenty of ways to build a weekend around downtown.
