Raleigh City Council approved $6.3 million in additional funding for the $206 million City Hall project, including a $1 million contract for a public art installation by Susan Narduli. The funds will also cover the construction of the 13th floor of the East Civic Tower, which will house the City Council chambers and government offices. The project, which began construction this summer, faced budget constraints due to the COVID-19 pandemic but will now include a full build-out of 13 floors.Visit
